How much does delivery cost?

We offer a number of delivery options from first class post to courier Deliver.  Prices for delivery depend on the weight of the items in your order.

Free Delivery items

We reserve the right to choose how we ship free delivery items.

What happens if an order includes both preorder and non-preorder items?

Orders containing both preorder and non-preorder items are held to be shipped on the release date of your preorder items. If you would like to receive non-preorder items sooner, then we suggest placing a separate order for any items that can be shipped immediately. 

What happens when I place an order that includes multiple preorder items releasing on different dates?

When this happens, orders are held until the most distant release date for products on the order and then shipped together. If you would like to receive non-preorder items sooner, or have items ship sooner that release earlier than your most distant preorder release date, then we suggest checking out separately with those items.

What is the ETA of an order?

  • First class - 1-2 Working Days

  • Second class - 2 - 3 Working Days

  • Special Delivery - Next Working Day

  • Courier - Next Working Day

  • Air Mail 3-7 Working Days depending on where in the World.

Which Courier is used?

  • UK - UK Mail

  • Channel Islands and other Remote Parts of the UK. - Royal Mail Special Delivery.

  • Elsewhere.  We will use either DHL/UPS/Fed Ex which ever is cheaper to you if you prefer a specific courier then let us know.

Returns and Refunds

Subject to exceptions, Firestorm Cards is happy to exchange or refund your purchase within 28 days of delivery, Your refund will be credited to the original payment card or Paypal Account. Unwanted goods must be returned in a fully resaleable condition and any tags must be intact. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if goods are not returned in a saleable condition or are damaged.

How can I return an Item?

If you have purchased online you can return items by contacting us for a prepaid postage label.

How do I return the item by Post?

You can return items to us by contacting us for a Returns address label.

UK - Returning parcels is easy with Royal Mail. You can arrange a parcel collection from your home, place of work or even a nominated Safeplace for a day that is convenient for you. Using the tracking number from your Return label, simply book your collection by visiting send.royalmail.com/collect/youritems and follow the process on screen.

France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden - You can return your item to our local mailbox.

Elsewhere Please return the item back to us to the UK.

Items returned by post can take up to 10 working days to reach us once you have posted the parcel. When your refund has been processed it can take your card provider 3 to 5 working days to credit your account. 

In order to avoid unnecessary delays in processing your refund, ensure you use the correct label and and include your order number with the return. Also ensure that your order number is visible on the package. Repackage the goods into the original packaging. Attach the Freepost returns label to the outside of the parcel. Take the parcel to a Post Office and obtain a proof of posting. Retain your proof of posting until you have received your refund. Goods returned in an unsellable condition will be disposed of or returned to you with no refund provided.

Who pays for return Postage?

We will pay for return postage for all errors that we make or items arriving in an unsatisfactory condition including damages to the box, where the box is an integral part of the product.

What products are boxes not considered an integral part of the product?

All Trading Cards, Games Workshop product with the exception of boxed games.

Is there anything I can't return?

We are unable to offer an exchange or refund on custom made and altered items unless they are mis-described or are faulty. For reasons of health and hygiene we are unable to exchange or refund Baby Formula. We are also unable to offer an exchange or refund on any item that has been opened or scratched in the case of Warcraft loot cards.
